Delivery is not included in the price of our cabins. Our cabins come into the country in Essex, and so delivery to Scotland would be vastly different than delivering to Sussex for example. For this reason, dependent on the size and weight of each product, delivery is worked out individually. Its not too expensive, and we don’t make money on it. We use Cammacks (see below) who have very reasonable rates , and we negotiate with them to get you the best deal. Contact us if you have any questions. Please note we do not ship to Northern Ireland, only to mainland UK.
We aim for our cabins to reach you within 5 – 8 weeks. This can vary as we don’t have control over the manufacturing process or the hauliers timetable. We will keep you as up to date as possible, and once the cabin has arrived in the country, the hauliers will contact you to confirm an exact date with you.
Important Customer Information
We use a very reliable haulier called Cammack, ( Link ) and most of our deliveries are made by them.
They will call you to tell you about your delivery day, and they will arrange when to deliver your cabin.
Kerbside delivery is made to the front of your property, so good access will be required. A truck of up to 9m long, 3m wide and 4m high will be used, so it essential that you have this kind of space available.
The driver does not unload the cabin, so on the day of delivery, you will need to have a minimum of two strong, able bodied people available to remove the materials from the lorry.
For large cabins and homes, you will need to have a forklift on site to assist with unloading, and on some occasions you will need the use of a crane. But we will of course discuss this with you beforehand. An articulated lorry will make the delivery, so this kind of access is essential.
As always, if you have any concerns or questions, please get in touch with us first.
Please be aware that many of the cabins come with a lot of packaging, and this will need to be taken to your local recycling centre.
